STRONG RELATIONSHIPS COME FIRST
With over 30 years of collective expertise in Archaeology, GIS and Field Technicians, Katzie Development is the perfect partner for projects of all scopes and sizes. Equipped with a diverse workforce and skill set, KDLP is committed to delivering excellence in every project we undertake.
KDLP’s Commitment to Safety
Our Safety Culture
At KDLP, we understand Safety is an unending conversation. Our employees go above and beyond standard safety regulations and are empowered to “speak up for safety”. Our safety culture is not defined in the traditional context, but rather expanding conversations to encompass inclusivity, office workplace safety and more.
Safety is for Everyone
We take our safety culture a notch higher. KDLP promotes a safe and healthy workplace through regular inspections, practicing emergency procedures and drills, regular Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee meetings, and Toolbox Talks to name a few.
Ongoing Education
All of our field staff are required to obtain their WHMIS, OFA 1 and Site Ready BC certifications. Our dedicated Corporate Safety Officer develops a robust safety development program to make sure we look out for our most important resource – our people.
