Our safety culture is not defined in the traditional context, but rather expanding conversations to encompass inclusivity, office workplace safety and more.

We take our safety culture a notch higher. KDLP promotes a safe and healthy workplace through regular inspections, practicing emergency procedures and drills, regular Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee meetings, and Toolbox Talks to name a few.
